Trachtenberg Prize For Excellence in Teaching - GW President Stephen Joel Trachtenberg established the endowed fund in memory of his late parents, Oscar and Shoshana Trachtenberg, in 1991. The Teaching Prize, awarded to faculty members working with undergraduates, recognizes excellence in teaching . All nominations for the annual Trachtenberg undergraduate teaching prize are made by students.

Pride - Pedagogical Research and Innovative Developments in Education

Bender - Bender Awards recognize outstanding teachers among the faculty at The George Washington University. Awards recognize adjunct faculty as well as full time and tenured faculty. Faculty can be nominated for this award by their colleagues.

Instructional Technology Project - Awards have been given to promote the integration of technology into new and existing university classes. These awards have been used to support the development of technologically enhanced course material by providing resources needed and/ or a stipend to the faculty involved in the project.
